Q: Why did puay move over to blogspot? Wasn't she doing fine with livejournal.com?
A: Yes, puay was doing fine with livejournal, but she wants a blog where she has more say as to what the layout looks like. She wants a more personalised blog you see.
Q: Why quaintest.blogspot.com? What does it mean?
A: puay wants to go for a more timeless name for her blog, cause she knows she can't go around pfff-ing forever. And by the definition from
dictionary.com, quaint(est) has the following meanings:
1.) Charmingly odd, especially in an old-fashioned way.
2.) Unfamiliar or unusual in character; strange.
3.) Cleverly made; artful.
Q: Where did the pictures and HTML encoding on this site come from?
A: The basic HTML was ripped from
blogskins.com and later modified greatly by puay herself. The pictures above are made by puay for personal use and distribution, though the bases were taken from around the net. The picture on the right is obviously taken from gettyimages, though it has been resized.
Q: Can I link you? What do I link you as?
A: Being a nice person, puay consents to people linking her, as long as they tell her they're linking her. This can be done through her
guestbook.
What to link puay as? There are many different variations, and it is up to the linkee to decide. Examples would be the typical 'puay', 'puaylin' and 'penguinienie' (which puay suggests you do not use) and the odd 'ang puay' or 'puay puay'. Ultimately, it is up to the person here.
