my ideal jc combination:
maths+econs+computing
which is actually, a very weird combi cause it consists of both arts and science subjects.
think this is going to be my choice, yes, it is in order.
1.) CJC
2.) SRJC
3.) JJC <---perhaps not officially putting down
4.) MJC <---same as above
5.) PJC <---same as above
6.) YJC <---same as above
Catholic JC
pros:: affiliated jc, 2 points bonus. good facilities, fun people. some people i know are going there, in fact, i know some people there. location quite good too.
cons:: they don't offer the combination i want! heard that their pe is tedious, which is a big no-thank-you for me. their discipline is super strict too. lousy building. old building.
Serangoon JC
pros:: good location, near my house, near ministry area. sure can get in, since i'm banking on my school's relatively good academic position. know some(like 1 or 2?!) people in the school.
cons:: their U sucks, sorry, but really! can't access their website, so no idea about their subject combi. and its said to be infested with ah bengs & ah lians..-shrugs-
Jurong JC
pros:: THEY HAVE THE COMBI I WANT AND I CAN GET IN!
cons:: too far. lousy website, don't even have info about where the school is, ugly too. don't hear anything about the school or its inhabitants, therefore i conclude that its ulu.
Meridian JC
pros:: the school building is nice!!! the website is cool!!! i'll be the 2nd batch.(now why is that under pros?)
cons:: ugly uniform(pink and GRAY??!!). too far. too new. though the website is cool, there is zero information about the combinations.
Pioneer JC
pros:: can't think of anything. interesting name? its near the science centre though, should i be excited?
cons:: ugly badge. funny location. too far.
Yishun JC

cons:: too far. too ulu. front page flash intro too horrible to look at, the eye is a bit freaky. information for subjects lean more towards poly cirriculum than a jc one. lousy messy website.

can't decide to choose science or arts. and should i really go cjc or stay at homely little srjc? ok, cjc is by far a better choice. and why can't there be any cross-fac combis?
went for cg404 today, haven't went for seed for a long long time. there was re-structuring today, but i'm still in ned2, though xT, bella and xiuhui have all migrated. had a lovely time praying today too.
ok, off to help debbie with her blog layout!
